Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Form & Function. We want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible, so here's how our shipping works.

 

Order processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery: We ship across South Africa. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your address and the delivery option you choose. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our couriers and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control.

 

Tracking: Where a tracking number is available, we'll share it with you by email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

 

Incorrect or incomplete addresses: Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We're unable to take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
